30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition as received

Include original tags and packaging

Be accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

In cases where the return is due to our error, Bhadohi Loom will cover the return shipping charges.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your rug arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@bhadohiloom.com with photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Handmade Variation Disclaimer
Every Bhadohi Loom rug is individually handmade by skilled artisans. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products:

Slight variations in color, texture, size, or pattern may occur

Colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting conditions
These natural variations are part of the beauty and uniqueness of handmade rugs and are not considered defects.
In certain situations involving minor color variation concerns, we may offer a partial refund while allowing you to keep the rug.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Perishable goods

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Exchanges
If you would like a different rug, the quickest option is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.
Unless the exchange is due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
